ABOUT YOGA FOR LIVING WITH LOSS

I am a life long student of well-being, a certified Yoga teacher, and a world wide presenter of her created and curated Yoga for Living with Loss™. The losses of my parents, sister, and best friend led me to integrate my yoga practice with my deep grief. From grief workshops in writing and loss, it became apparent that while grief breaks our hearts, and clouds our thoughts, it also congests in our bodies. I was asked to create a yoga class for healing grief, but grief is not 'healed.' We learn to live with our grief. I created Yoga for Living with Loss using the foundation of the the chakrahs, energy centers in our bodies, to bring yoga to the bereaved or anyone in transition. I continue to study with many teachers internationally to study the healing relationship of our bodies, minds, and spirits.

ABOUT GROWING YOUNGER GRACEFULLY

As I entered my 50's, the process of Aging became my focus. From my study of Aging, I created Growing Younger Gracefully, my curation of the various elements that offer well-being at any and every age. I do believe that we actually can enhance our well-being, and “grow younger gracefully,” with a commitment to the pillars of well-being: nourishment, movement, and attitude. Each relies upon the other, yet each holds great significance independently. From my studies, conversations, workshops, and classes, I wrote "GROWING YOUNGER GRACEFULLY™, Your Guide to Aging with Pizzazz, Vitality, and Resilience," available HERE. Her website, www.GrowingYoungerGracefully.com, blog, and newsletter are dedicated to the well-being for all ages. The elements of Growing Younger Gracefully are: Movement, Nourishment, Breath work, Facial Acupressure, Healthy Products for body and home, Stress Management, and Meditation. ABOUT GYG ORGANIC FACE, BODY & EYE SERUMS

I have developed my Growing Younger Gracefully Organic Facial & Body Serums because I love the whole concept of creating organic pure products. I researched and experimented with organic carrier oils and organic essential oils. I have now crafted my own unique formula.

I was seeking a facial serum that had only organic ingredients, no chemicals or preservatives, was from a trusted source, and would provide me with hydration, brighter and even skin tone, did not cost a bloody fortune, and would be of benefit to both me and others. I looked and looked so as they say, necessity is the mother on invention. Growing Younger Gracefully Organic Facial Serum was created. I did not invent the organic ingredients, I simply put them together to reveal their potent powers.

I was looking only for my own facial serum. I applied my serum morning and night and within a few days my skin felt truly nourished, clean, ideally hydrated, and GLOWING! My beautiful daughter-in-law, Karleen, was having some skin irregularities. I offered her some of my GYG Serum and very quickly her skin was clear and glowing! She then asked me to make some for her friends, and they loved it too. Karleen has encouraged me to bring my serum to the world. GYG Organic Facial Serum is great for skin at any age.

GYG Organic Facial Serum is made from organic grapeseed oil (rich in beta-carotene, and vitamins D, C and E, packed with fatty acids, locks in moisture, and restores collagens), Vitamin E (moisturizes, antioxidants, repairs free radical damage), frankincense (promotes regeneration of healthy cells, tones and lifts skin), rose oil (opens up skin to absorb nutrients, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and astringent) lavender (circulatory stimulant), and helichrysum (soothes and heals, reduces blemishes, and irritation.) Simply apply ½ dropper, or about 7 drops, to cleansed skin morning and night, then apply your favorite organic moisturizer. I suggest pure coconut oil. Your skin will glow!

GYG Organic Body Serum came about because I did not like the thick, gooey moisturizers that left me feeling more sticky than moisturized. Again, through study and experiment, I created GYG Organic Body Serum and GYG Organic Body Serum With Eucalyptus. GYG Organic Body Serum is made with only organic oils, absorbs quickly, hydrates, protects, and nourishes all over. I use it after bathing and as a refresher throughout my day. Others love it as well.

GYG Organic Body Serum is made from organic Grapeseed oil (rich in beta-carotene, and vitamins D, C and E, packed with fatty acids, locks in moisture, and restores collagens), Coconut oil (moisturizing, strengthens skin tissue, eliminates dead skin cells, absorbs quickly, and is both antiviral and anti-fungal), Vitamin E (moisturizes, antioxidants, repairs free radical damage), rose oil (opens up skin to absorb nutrients, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and astringent) , and lavender (circulatory stimulant). Your skin will glow!
