The foundation of Growing Younger Gracefully relies on the ancient movements and philosophies of Yoga. In this radical workshop, we will investigate how we can celebrate and enjoy our aging as we mindfully prepare and protect our bodies, minds and spirits to meet challenges, build resilience, and incorporate Joyful Aging. 
 
 You will leave this workshop with an array of tools to strengthen and maintain your well-being and explore the concepts of nourishment, not diet; movement, not exercise; attitude and self-talk; healthy products; facial acupressure, meditation, and more.
